Working with the renowned Patrick Hellman designs we constructed a ground floor and refurbished the basement. In completing this project, we steeped everything to the structure, built a new redesigned shop layout, inclueing A/C, S/A and CCTV systems, installing hundreds of electrical fittings and a new façade. We are proud to have completed this 20-week project in only 12 weeks! Our excellent work with Patrick Hellman shows the dexterity with which we are able to complete projects with external partners.

Our Client’s approach to designing the interior of the house combined the racy elegance of traditional design and the rustic charm of traditional furnishing. With the installed roof windows we allowed more natural light into the living space creating a feeling of warmth and spaciousness for its inhabitants.

In remodelling this modest terraced house in Leyton east London, we stripped off the existing building to its skeletal frames, reinforced the existing structure and installed new structural steel beams as per engineers' specifications, and completed a full redecoration that included layout reconfiguration, single-storey side and rear extension with bifold doors which created a large kitchen dining area and a loft conversion with Juliet balcony and en-suite shower room. With the installed roof skylight windows above the top staircase landing, we allowed more natural light into the living space, creating warmth and spaciousness.
